Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Process and Operations Specialist to support operational excellence across Global Corporate Operations. You will document processes, build SOPs, and drive standardization to improve efficiency and user experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders, translating requirements into clear documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that scale with the organization's growth. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in process improvement or related field.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, and other operational documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear and actionable documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, playbooks, work instructions, and other operational documentation.
• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization.
• Support the design of future-state processes aligned with business and operational goals.
• Maintain process repositories and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Analyze process and operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Track initiative progress and measure business impact.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Partner with global and regional teams, business leaders, subject matter experts, and service delivery teams.
• Facilitate discussions to gather requirements, validate processes, and align on solutions.
• Communicate process changes, best practices, and improvement opportunities clearly and effectively.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities to drive adoption.
• Build strong working relationships across a global and cross-functional environment.
