Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Proposals and Contracts Specialist to support the team in preparing pre-qualifications, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely submission in print and digital formats.

The role collaborates with Client Engagement Managers, Studio Project Managers, Corporate Communications, and subconsultants, reporting to the Proposals/Contracts Manager, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with procurement and contract-related processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal and contract preparation with internal teams and subconsultants.
• Collaborate with legal consultants on contract reviews and finalization.
• Maintain checklists and references for proposal preparation and client fees.
• Support marketing and special projects as needed.
