Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects and a team of project managers. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, from inception to completion, across one or more business units.

The successful candidate will drive full lifecycle ownership, guide teams through analysis, design, development, testing, installation and delivery, and align programs with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
• ITIL® and/or PMP® certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience as an IT professional, with 4+ years in Project Management.
• 4+ years of experience with full product lifecycle and diverse development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle ownership from initiation to deployment for major initiatives.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate across business units.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Provide status reports on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Drive feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposals as needed.
• Manage project scope, resources, budgets, and change control.
• Deliver progress reports and documentation to stakeholders and sponsors.
