Job summary

Atlasccm is seeking a seasoned Document Controller to support international construction and capital projects from a remote-first setup. You will manage document registers, transmittals, and workflows, ensuring traceability and timely distribution.

The role requires 5+ years in construction document control with experience in platforms like SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud, plus strong revision-control and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a document controller in construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with SharePoint, Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar document platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of revision control, transmittals, correspondence, document workflows, and review status management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document registers, transmittal logs, correspondence logs, and submission trackers.
• Support document numbering, revision control, status tracking, review cycles, and distribution.
• Coordinate document flow between project team, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Track overdue reviews, pending approvals, document workflow status, and late responses.
• Maintain SharePoint-backed document records through AYATA.
• Support document-control dashboards, weekly reports, monthly reports, and audit trails.
• Ensure document records are complete, accurate, traceable, and easy to retrieve.
