Job summary

Atlasccm is seeking a seasoned Planning/Project Controls professional to support international construction and capital projects remotely. You will assist with schedule updates, progress tracking, lookahead reports, and delay management while coordinating with cost control and document teams.

The role requires 5+ years in project controls on large projects and strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project. Remote-first with opportunities on global assignments is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning or project controls on construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience with progress measurement, lookaheads, and project performance reporting.
• Schedule updates and progress tracking
• Lookahead and delay register discipline
• Dashboard and report production
• Clear communication across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Support schedule updates, progress tracking, lookahead reports, and delay registers.
• Collect progress data from project teams, contractors, discipline leads, and site representatives.
• Maintain planning and project-controls dashboards inside AYATA.
• Support weekly and monthly performance reports, S-curves, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with cost control, contracts, document control, and project management.
• Flag delays, slippages, missed deadlines, and recovery needs.
