Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Project Manager/Coordinator to support a remote engagement with an Australian client. You will coordinate residential construction projects, manage schedules, budgets and documentation, and liaise with site teams and suppliers.

The role requires 4+ years in custom residential construction PM/coordination, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management/coordination in custom residential construction.
• Experience with Buildxact is highly desirable.
• Estimating experience with take-offs and fixed-price tenders is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Australian residential building processes and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate multiple residential construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to keep projects moving and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor schedules, plan upcoming works and ensure trades and materials are organised ahead of time.
• Track project costs against budgets and help protect profitability on fixed-price contracts.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide clear progress updates to the owner.
• Use Buildxact to manage project information, schedules and estimating data.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort.
• Assist with estimating and tender preparation as needed.
• Anticipate issues and offer practical solutions with minimal supervision.
