Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Compliance Officer to protect integrity of Australia's renewable energy programs. You will validate installation evidence, strengthen claim accuracy, and help clients achieve certificate targets from a remote, permanent WFH setup.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in compliance or related fields, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. Collaboration with global teams and growth opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, governance, audit, legal services, or a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles, corporate governance, and risk management practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and apply them within a practical business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Review installation evidence to verify energy-efficiency claims.
• Check each client's claims every morning and report the claim volumes to the manager.
• Categorize claims by review status and readiness.
• Prioritize claim reviews based on discussions with the manager.
• Review claims in accordance with established compliance instructions.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for claims reviewed.
• Help the team meet daily and weekly targets for claims passed.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in regular written communications and meetings with assigned clients.
• Build strong client relationships by helping clients achieve certificate-creation targets and providing guidance on claims, operational methods, and the energy-efficiency industry.
• Perform required administrative duties, including generating reports, maintaining records, and processing representative approvals.
• Update and maintain key registers and activity checklists.
• Help the business meet client expectations and forecasted certificate-creation targets.
• Manage client training requirements and communicate relevant scheme changes.
• Contribute actively during meetings and share relevant knowledge and experience with the team
