Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Data Validation Officer for our Australian renewable energy client in Makati. You will review Solar PV, Battery, and Combo claims, ensure data accuracy, and raise RFIs as needed to meet daily submission targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in data entry or QA, strong English, and a willingness to work Australian hours. Enjoy a day shift, onsite work, and extensive upskilling through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in data entry, QA, back-office processing, document verification, compliance validation, or a related field
• Experience with solar or battery systems or the renewable energy sector is an advantage but not essential; full training provided
• Strong written English skills adequate to raise clear RFIs
• Willingness to work full-time, preferably; part-time arrangements may be considered
• Availability to work within Australian business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM AEST

Responsibilities

• Review Solar PV, Battery, and Combo (PV + Battery) claims submitted through BridgeSelect, following queue priorities and submission dates to meet daily upload deadlines
• Check customer details for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required information is provided
• Verify Solar PV system details, including panel manufacturer, model, serial numbers, module photos, inverter details, and required sizing limits
• Validate battery details, including model, serial number(s), capacity, and supporting evidence for Battery and Combo claims
• Review installation details and identify the applicable installation scenario (new, additional, extension, replacement)
• Confirm all supporting evidence and declarations for the applicable installation scenario are complete and compliant
• Raise RFIs when information is missing or inconsistent and escalate ambiguous scenarios to QA Officer

Qualifications

• Experience with solar or battery systems or the renewable energy sector is an advantage but not essential; full training and a detailed SOP with screenshots and videos are provided
• Strong written English skills sufficient to raise clear and specific Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Willingness to work full-time, preferably, although part-time arrangements may be considered
• Availability to work within the client's Australian business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST, as required

Key Skills and Attributes

• High attention to detail and strong pattern-recognition skills, with the ability to cross-reference multiple documents and photos against system-entered data
• Comfort working methodically through a checklist-driven process to meet consistent daily volume targets
• Confidence in using cloud-based claims systems such as BridgeSelect, with training provided
• Ability to review photographic evidence for basic indicators such as geotags and timestamps, with training provided
• Reliability and responsiveness to direction from the Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities

• Review Solar PV, Battery, and Combo (PV + Battery) claims submitted through BridgeSelect, following queue priorities and submission dates to meet daily upload deadlines
• Check customer details for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required information is provided
• Verify Solar PV system details, including panel manufacturer, model, serial numbers, module photos, inverter details, and required system sizing limits
• Validate battery details, including model, serial number(s), capacity, and supporting evidence for Battery and Combo claims
• Review installation details and identify the applicable installation scenario, including new, additional, extension, or replacement systems
• Confirm all supporting evidence and declarations required for the applicable installation scenario are complete and compliant
• Check PV and battery end-of-installation selfie dates for Combo claims and follow the required process to split claims when installation dates do not match
• Review certificates, compliance labels, photographs, and signed declarations to ensure they are present, legible, and appropriately dated
• Verify Retailer Declarations are signed by an individual on or after the installation date
• Complete the required validation check for claims that meet all requirements in accordance with the applicable Solar PV, Battery, or Combo STC Claim Validation SOP
• Raise clear and specific Requests for Information (RFIs) in BridgeSelect when information is missing, inconsistent, or cannot be verified
• Escalate ambiguous scenarios, suspected fraud indicators, and cases not covered by established SOPs to the Quality Assurance Officer
• Maintain required daily accuracy and throughput targets while staying aligned with current SOPs and process updates
