Emapta is seeking a Lead Client Success Associate for Renewable Energy markets in Makati. You will own onboarding, certification, registry activation, and portfolio support across U.S. programs, ensuring accurate data and proactive client engagement.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex workflows, and align with U.S. time zones. A strong background in client operations and Excel-based systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years in client onboarding, operations, or customer success.
• Own end-to-end workflows for client portfolios.
• Strong written English for client interactions.
• Proficient in Excel and business systems.
• Ability to work across US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client workflows from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Process applications within SLAs and record data accurately.
• Track requirements and follow up with clients and partners.
• Maintain ownership through resolution rather than handoffs.
• Ensure data completeness in internal systems.
• Support certification and registry activities as needed.
