Emapta Philippines is hiring a Mining Support Team Leader to strengthen workforce compliance, lead a team of Offshore Compliance Officers, and drive operational excellence for Australian mining clients from Makati.

You will oversee training matrices, licensing, audits, and client onboarding, while mentoring 4 officers and coordinating workforce planning. The role offers day shift, onsite work in Makati, competitive salary, and growth opportunities across global teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Offshore Compliance Officers.
• Provide daily direction, coaching, and operational support.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Manage workload allocation and resource planning.
• Coordinate leave coverage and workforce support requirements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
• Manage training matrix compliance requirements.
• Monitor licences, qualifications, and competency compliance.
• Conduct compliance audits and documentation reviews.
• Support client onboarding requirements and portal management.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Oversee administrative activities across supported accounts.
• Maintain trackers, databases, and reporting tools.
• Prepare operational reports and performance data.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of workforce records.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Promote consistency and quality across the offshore function.
