Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create communication responses aligned with marketing strategies.
• Attend social media inbox messages, comments and queries promptly.
• Share observations with management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams for consistency.
• Liaise with Development and Sales on new products and features.
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry pros and journalists.
• Create threads in social media groups and reviews sites.
• Consolidate, monitor and report on audience feedback and reviews.
• Read and engage with relevant brand threads.
• Perform Social Media Listening in comments, inbox, and groups.
