Job summary

magentIQ is seeking a proactive Social Media & Community Manager to own online presence across multiple platforms from a fully remote, Philippines-based setting. You will engage communities, respond to inquiries in the account owner's voice, and help identify opportunities and leads for the Sales team.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, organize daily activities, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with global teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media/community roles or similar client-facing positions (2+ years).
• Ability to manage multiple platforms with authentic, professional tone.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead identification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day presence across multiple communities and platforms.
• Engage with members through comments, DMs, and posts in the brand voice.
• Identify client inquiries, potential leads, and route them to the right teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support engagement and opportunities.
