Job summary

Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Community Management Specialist to build, engage, and grow our brand's online creator and affiliate communities. You will maintain relationships, run engagement activities, and support affiliate campaigns.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and creative, able to manage multiple campaigns, monitor conversations, and report on performance, with experience in influencer or affiliate marketing a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management or influencer marketing.
• Ability to recruit and onboard creators and affiliates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Viber, Messenger.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and events.
• Knowledge of engagement activities and contests.
• Experience with reporting and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new creators and affiliates and onboard qualified members.
• Maintain daily engagement in community channels.
• Develop weekly and monthly challenges and activities.
• Activate affiliate and creator participation in campaigns and livestreams.
• Support online and offline events and meetups.
• Monitor conversations and enforce guidelines; escalate when needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly community performance reports.
• Identify high-performing creators for paid campaigns.
• Coordinate rewards and recognition for top members.
