Wing Nation in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Community Manager to build and nurture our online community and brand presence. You will develop engagement strategies, manage social channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content.

The role involves monitoring feedback, responding to inquiries, and organizing community events, with some remote flexibility and occasional evening or weekend activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in community management or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with social media platforms and community tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant community.
• Manage and grow social media presence and online community platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to create and distribute engaging content.
• Monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and issues in a timely manner.
• Organize and facilitate community events and initiatives to enhance relationship building.
