Job summary

Chicken Dinner Studios is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to own daily engagement across brand portfolios, grow communities, and report sentiment and health metrics. You will build relationships with advocates, seed conversations in owned spaces, and route qualified interest into the client’s enquiry or sales process.

You will monitor brand health through listening across mentions, competitors, and category chatter, tracking sentiment and share of voice, and producing regular brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, psychology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in community management or social media engagement with multi-brand ownership.
• Experience growing engaged communities and handling international audiences.
• Strong English communication and ability to present findings to clients.
• Proficient in social listening and sentiment tracking; able to manage negative sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day engagement across active platforms for multiple brands.
• Grow and nurture each community, surface content, and route to approvals.
• Define community goals (advocacy, support, retention) and track progress.
• Run social listening, monitor sentiment, and report brand health.
• Maintain community reporting dashboards and feed insights to campaigns.
• Moderate discussions per brand guidelines and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Social Media Growth Specialist to plan and optimize campaigns.
