Job summary

Chicken Dinner Studios is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to own and elevate brand presence across platforms. You’ll lead strategy, craft engaging campaigns, and drive results through paid and organic social channels.

You will brief creative teams, stay ahead of trends, and manage performance reports, ensuring content is adapted to each platform and aligns with business goals. This role offers fully remote work and a strategic growth path.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years managing social media for a brand or agency with ownership.
• At least 2 years working with international brands.
• Startup or agency experience in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment.
• Demonstrable campaign work you can walk through, including objective, execution, and result.
• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and managing a budget.
• Experience briefing and working alongside designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Experience working with international brands or audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy across all active platforms and align it to business objectives.
• Build and maintain a rolling content calendar covering campaigns, always-on content, and reactive opportunities.
• Monitor competitors, category trends, and platform changes, and adjust the approach accordingly.
• Concept and run integrated social campaigns from brief through to post-campaign review.
• Brief designers, video editors, and copywriters with clear objectives, formats, references, and deadlines.
• Plan and manage paid social activity, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and optimisation.
