Job summary

Chicken Dinner Studios in Pasig is seeking a Social Media Growth & Content Specialist to own audience growth, engagement, and conversion across multiple client brands. You will set targets, brief creatives, and be accountable for outcomes across various industries and voices.

You will lead strategy, define content pillars, calendar planning, and paid activity, driving measurable growth and conversions while reporting results to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, advertising, multimedia arts, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years managing social media for brands with clear ownership.
• Experience handling multiple brands with distinct voices and objectives.
• Proven growth results including starting point, changes, and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and managing budgets.
• Experience briefing designers, editors and copywriters; presenting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Growth ownership across assigned brands with measurable outcomes.
• Set channel-level targets and report monthly on progress.
• Define content pillars, positioning and platform approach per brand.
• Maintain a rolling content calendar for campaigns and always-on content.
• Plan paid activity across platforms and report spend and ROI.
• Lead multi-brand strategy, voice, calendar and reporting.
• Brief creatives, review assets, and ensure alignment with briefs.
