The ideal candidate will coordinate with content and marketing teams, monitor trends, and drive engagement through interactive campaigns, polls, and user-generated content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance reporting.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools and content management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's social media communities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X).
• Respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, questions, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Encourage conversations and build positive relationships with the audience.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop engagement-focused ideas.
• Monitor engagement metrics and prepare regular reports.
