Job summary

LeadAdvisors is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other relevant platforms. You will actively participate in the conversations where clients and industry peers spend time, planning, publishing, and engaging with content, then tracking outcomes and iterating.

This remote role requires independence, proactivity, and the ability to report results without micromanagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media or community presence professionally.
• Proven experience operating on LinkedIn, Reddit, and X with understanding of platform dynamics.
• Familiar with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics dashboards.
• Strong written communication and ability to work self-directed.
• Curious, current with platform updates and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage LeadAdvisors' presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other forums.
• Engage in conversations, not just broadcasting messages.
• Plan and publish platform-native content tailored to each channel.
• Track engagement metrics and report on performance; iterate based on data.
• Collaborate with Content Manager and Marketing Specialist on campaigns.
• Assist with reputation management and proactive outreach when needed.
