Job summary
Outsourced Pro Global Limited is seeking a proactive Commercial Property Management Assistant to support a Senior Property Manager in a growing Victorian portfolio. You will handle lease administration, breach notices, rent reviews, arrears, and communications with tenants and landlords.
The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in Victorian commercial property management and familiarity with PropertyMe. Remote Philippines work with a clear career path and 28 days of PTO is offered.
Qualifications
- Experience with breach notices and tenancy/lease notices for Victorian properties.
- Experience monitoring rent reviews, CPI/fixed increases, and market reviews.
- Understanding of Victorian leasing practices and lease renewals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process breach notices and tenancy notices under supervision.
- Monitor lease compliance and follow up on tenant obligations.
- Track rental arrears and collect outstanding payments.
- Assist with rent reviews and scheduled lease adjustments.
- Maintain critical lease dates and tenancy documentation.
- Coordinate renewals, variations, and extensions with stakeholders.
- Reconcile commercial property outgoings and keep records up to date.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and suppliers on repairs.
