Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global Limited is seeking a proactive Commercial Property Management Assistant to support a Senior Property Manager in managing ~300 properties. You will handle rental reviews, arrears, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day tasks using PropertyMe.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property management, strong English communication, and hands-on PropertyMe experience. This is a remote role based in the Philippines with a day shift aligned to Sydney time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Property Management or related role.
• Experience supporting Australian residential property management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rental reviews and rental increase assessments.
• Monitor arrears and follow up with tenants on payments.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
• Maintain tenant/landlord communications via phone, email, and platforms.
• Update records in PropertyMe and assist with lease administration.
