Boomering is seeking a PropertyMe Support Specialist / Property Management Assistant (Mandarin Speaking, English) to support an Australian client from a work-from-home setup. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance, tenancy administration, and providing excellent service to landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key requirements include hands-on PropertyMe experience, strong English communication, and Mandarin-speaking ability.

Qualifications

2–3+ years supporting Australian residential property management.
Experience with NSW tenancy guidelines and lease administration.
Hands-on proficiency in PropertyMe (Trust accounting, inspections, work orders).
Strong English communication; Mandarin speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and triage emails in PropertyMe each morning and assign to the appropriate Property Manager.
Handle simple enquiries, such as providing rental statements to tenants or landlords.
Log maintenance requests and create detailed work orders with vendor quotes.
Track status of repairs, quotes, and invoicing; ensure adherence to owner spending limits.
Assist with tenancy applications, onboarding, renewals, and lease document preparation.
Support inspections scheduling and distribution of inspection reports.
