Job summary

Boomering Inc. is seeking a PropertyMe Support Specialist / Property Management Assistant (Mandarin Speaking, English) to support Australian landlords, tenants and contractors from a remote home-based setup.

The role encompasses triage, maintenance coordination, tenancy administration, inspections, and compliance for a NSW-focused portfolio. The candidate should have 2–3+ years of Australian residential property management experience, strong PropertyMe skills, and proficient English; Mandarin is

Qualifications

Hands-on proficiency in PropertyMe (Trust accounting, Inspection Scheduling, Work Orders, Automation Studio).
Experience supporting Australian residential property management.
Strong written and spoken English communication.
Mandarin language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Morning kickoff & triage: review PropertyMe emails and assign to the appropriate Property Manager.
Maintenance & trade desk: log invoices, coordinate trades, and track quotes.
Tenancy & lease administration: pre-screen applications, onboarding, renewals, and notices.
Inspections & compliance: schedule inspections, process reports, and ensure compliance docs.
