Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Commercial Property Administrator to connect tenants, landlords, and contractors while advancing maintenance, compliance, and operational priorities. You will strengthen an international portfolio and support smarter property management decisions, creating a long-term global career with Emapta.

Role focuses on coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance with AML and GDPR obligations, and providing administrative support within a permanent work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Access, Teams and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Re-Leased or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of commercial property management operations and lease administration.
• Understanding of commercial lease terminology.
• Previous experience in commercial property management and using Re-Leased is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance with contractors for property systems.
• Arrange reactive maintenance with tenants and contractors as needed.
• Schedule health and safety, fire, and other risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate property information and records for landlords and tenants.
• Verify contractors' insurance and permits are current.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain documentation.
• Provide general administrative support for property management.
