Emapta is recruiting for a Privacy Operations Administrator to support privacy programs and AI governance initiatives. You will coordinate assessments, organize compliance data, audit cookies, and keep stakeholders informed across international markets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in privacy operations, administration, compliance, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using OneTrust or a similar privacy management platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Privacy Operations Team by managing repetitive but critical tasks.
• Manage and distribute Data Mapping Assessments through OneTrust.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of assessments.
• Review and collate assessment responses for accuracy and consistency.
• Organise and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and prepare client reports.
• Generate dashboards to monitor progress and report results.
• Run cookie audit tools across client websites and document findings.
• Coordinate updates with internal teams and external clients and maintain timelines.
• Preserve accurate client records and audit trails.
