Job summary

Outsourced.ph, a Philippines-based ISO-certified outsourcing company, is seeking a Commercial & Contracts Specialist to support an Australian client in mining/resource sectors. You will report to top leadership and manage contracts, pricing analysis, and market research, driving better commercial and supply-chain decisions.

The role is remote (homebased, Manila), with equipment provided and dayshift hours (7AM–4PM Manila time).

Qualifications

3–7+ years in commercial, contracts administration, procurement or supply chain roles
Drafting and managing contracts, variations and renewals
Commercial analysis (pricing, margins, cost optimisation)
Supporting tenders and RFQs
Strong understanding of contract fundamentals (terms, risks, obligations, renewals)
Experience in supply-chain or procurement support in mining/resources, construction/industrial services, oil & gas, or remote services for large operations
Pricing and cost comparison; supplier research and evaluation; Tender/RFQ processes
Exposure to remote sites or camp-style operations
Strong Excel skills (lookup, pivot tables, basic modelling)
Experience with ERP/finance platforms or project/workflow tools; CRM tools such as HubSpot
Ability to produce clear, structured reports and presentations based on data

Responsibilities
