Core-VA Solutions is seeking a Remote Clinical Coordinator to support U.S. healthcare teams behind the scenes.

You’ll coordinate nursing visits, maintain patient records, and help ensure documentation stays accurate and on track. Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or clinical coordination.
• Experience coordinating nursing visits, provider schedules, or healthcare services.
• Ability to handle confidential health information per HIPAA.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, electronic records, and billing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical operations and schedules by arranging nursing visits.
• Manage communications via email and phone with providers and teams.
• Organize and maintain clinical documentation including nursing records.
• Support assessments and clinical workflows by pre-filling demographics.
• Support billing and invoicing by preparing nursing service data and invoices.
• Maintain accurate healthcare records in secure platforms following HIPAA.
• Support compliance through audits, reviews, and process adherence.
• Improve daily operations by identifying gaps and streamlining workflows.
• Provide general administrative support to providers and teams.
