Core-VA Solutions seeks a Remote USRN Trainer to provide virtual clinical support and training for U.S.-based healthcare teams. The role focuses on patient assessments, care coordination, and HIPAA-compliant documentation while mentoring staff in best practices.

The ideal candidate holds an active USRN license (Texas preferred) and has experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems, delivering quality care within U.S. Central Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license (Texas preferred).
• Experience supporting US healthcare providers.
• Strong patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation knowledge.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Solid HIPAA understanding and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual clinical support and training to remote teams.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review medications, reconcile lists, and support medication management.
• Deliver telehealth follow-ups and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and support quality assurance initiatives.
• Coach and mentor staff on documentation, workflows, and best practices.
• Assess staff competency and provide ongoing clinical guidance.
• Assist with delegation oversight and process improvement.
• Support remote clinical coordination and administrative tasks.
