Job summary

EDGE Tutor is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams and manage teachers to meet client expectations, optimize operations, and drive growth.

The role focuses on client retention, revenue targets, and scalable delivery across remote teams, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and quarterly strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, operations, or client services, ideally in outsourcing or education.
• At least 2 years experience leading a team of online ESL teachers, as mentor, trainer, team leader or supervisor.
• Proven track record of achieving performance goals and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis and report preparation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and performance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client success and retention across assigned accounts and ensure high satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed account revenue and gross margin targets.
• Manage day-to-day account operations, including teacher allocation, scheduling, and lesson delivery.
• Recruit, vet, and onboard high-quality teachers aligned with client expectations.
• Monitor lesson delivery metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver clear reports to clients and leadership on KPIs and performance.
• Lead onboarding and ramp-up for new projects and service expansions.
