Qualifications

• Under 2 years of client-facing support experience with US clients.
• Comfort with escalations and account retention.
• Ability to work overlapping US hours and occasional night shifts (10 PM–7 AM PHT).
• Strong written and spoken English for live client calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale client-success across a portfolio of client-assistant pairings.
• Read and respond to tickets by calling clients to understand root issues and preempt cancellations.
• Drive proactive account health and establish trust with clients.
• Keep precise HubSpot notes and coordinate handoffs to leadership for replacements when needed.
• Flag scope and ownership issues early and ensure all loops are closed.
