Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking an experienced IT services administrator to coordinate quotations, procurement, and order management. You will support renewals, report on service performance, and maintain client records across CRM and PSA platforms.

Remote or hybrid work is available, with standard business hours. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years MSP experience and strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT services, client services or service administration.
• Experience in MSP environments and understanding of service delivery workflows.
• Practice quoting, procurement, or order management processes.
• Strong organization and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Accurate documentation, reporting, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage procurement activities, PO tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor order status and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
• Support renewals by tracking contracts and coordinating ahead of expiration.
• Prepare recurring client reports and service updates.
• Maintain client records and documentation in CRM/PSA systems.
• Act as liaison among client success, sales, finance, service delivery, and procurement.
• Identify risks or delays and escalate to protect client satisfaction.
• Ensure communications meet service and documentation standards.
• Assist with invoice coordination and finance inquiries.
