Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Client Success & Placement Manager to lead the client-facing side of our remote staffing services for U.S. clients. You will own end-to-end relationships, coordinate placements, and ensure smooth onboarding.

You will work directly with US-based clients, manage interviews, prep contracts and invoices, and build long-term partnerships while maintaining high professional standards in english communication. This is a remote role based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or virtual-assistant companies.
• Strong English speaking and writing with professional communication.
• Experience communicating with U.S.-based clients.
• Experience conducting or facilitating client and candidate interviews.
• Ability to present candidates and provide professional recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment to meet client requirements.
• Review shortlisted candidates and present profiles to clients.
• Schedule and conduct candidate interviews; lead when needed.
• Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and client agreements.
• Create and send invoices; follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate client records and interview notes.
• Address client questions, feedback, and potential replacements.
