Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English skills are required.
• Experience with appointment setting, sales, or customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call and engage leads to schedule appointments with clients.
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects until appointments are set.
• Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential clients.
• Follow scripts to deliver value and handle objections effectively.
• Update CRM with accurate and timely client interaction details.
• Coordinate and manage appointment calendars.
