Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an Engagement Specialist to serve as the trusted contact for our Remote Professionals in the Philippines. You will build relationships, monitor engagement, coach on attendance and compliance, and maintain RP records. You will collaborate with a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years in HR, engagement, relations, staffing, or admin; staffing/BPO/remote experience preferred.
• Experience with check-ins, coaching conversations, or handling employee concerns.
• Experience with HRIS, attendance management, or similar workforce systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with AI tools like Claude.
• Canva for internal comms and engagement materials.
• Experience planning virtual and onsite engagement events.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Relationship Management for Remote Professionals (RPs).
• Retention & Early Risk Detection to prevent disengagement or resignations.
• Coaching conversations on attendance, compliance, and professionalism; escalate sensitive cases.
• Onboarding, compliance, and records management for RPs.
• Validate Monthly Performance Bonus requirements and support business continuity.
• Plan and coordinate engagement activities and recognition moments.
