Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Client Success Manager (Consulting & IT Services) to serve as the strategic bridge between high-level client stakeholders and internal delivery teams. In this role you will drive long-term relationship growth and translate complex business needs into actionable technical steps.

You will manage expectations, conduct regular check-ins with C-suite and senior decision-makers, and identify account opportunities while coordinating with consultants and developers to ensure

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong experience working with B2B clients and senior stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional when engaging with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing requirements.
Conduct regular client check-ins and meetings.
