Qualifications

• At least 2 years of team management experience in a BPO or virtual outsourcing setting.
• Experience juggling multiple priorities and operational tasks.
• Proven ability to handle escalations, conversations, and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new staff.
• Lead offboarding discussions and coordinate staff exits.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planner to monitor attendance and produce reports.
• Resolve staff inquiries to maintain positive client relationships.
• Coordinate with Client Success Manager to improve staff experience.
• Deliver client value by adhering to company standards.
