Job summary

Pavago seeks a seasoned Head of Client Delivery to lead post-sales success across onboarding, implementation, adoption, and expansion. You will own delivery quality, client outcomes, and long-term account health while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale AI-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, escalation management, and building scalable delivery processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in client success and implementation leadership.
Strong understanding of GTM stacks, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
Proven experience managing high-stakes client relationships and complex implementations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and operational leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and delivery coordination experience.
Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities.
Background in SaaS or AI-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end post-sales delivery lifecycle from post-sale handoff through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and expansion.
Ensure measurable business outcomes through structured execution and delivery management.
Oversee multiple concurrent client implementations while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
Create clear implementation plans, onboarding frameworks, and adoption strategies.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Define delivery playbooks and operational workflows to improve efficiency.
Mitigate risks and manage escalations proactively.
Monitor account health and client satisfaction metrics.
