Job summary

CoWorq is seeking a fully remote, client-facing onboarding and lead-sourcing coordinator in the Philippines. You will manage onboarding for new clients, source and curate lead lists, and coordinate Team Architecture sessions with clients and architects.

You'll work alongside the Sales Associate and report to the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely coordination across teams in a remote, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Client-facing communication: warm, clear, professional English, first impression for new clients.
• Research & data comfort: lead-sourcing tools (Google Maps, LinkedIn, directories) and detail-heavy data entry.
• Organized & deadline-driven: manage multiple onboarding clients and scheduling threads.
• Outsourcing industry familiarity: experience in BPO/outsourcing or client onboarding is a plus.
• CRM comfort: proficient with a CRM platform; GHL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for every new client to feel top-tier from day one.
• Source and build lead lists and keep data clean for outreach pipelines.
• Coordinate scheduling for Team Architecture Sessions and distribute recap notes after calls.
