Job summary

CoWorq is hiring a remote onboarding specialist to manage new client setup and ensure a stellar first experience. You will partner with the Sales Manager and Sales Associate to streamline onboarding and lead sourcing while supporting client transitions.

You will source and qualify leads using Google Maps and other directories, keep data clean, and coordinate Team Architecture sessions with clients and architects. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead-sourcing tools and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding clients and schedules.
• Familiarity with outsourcing/client-success roles preferred.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for every new client and ensure top-tier setup.
• Source and build lead lists using Google Maps and other platforms; keep data clean.
