in the Philippines seeks a motivated Client Onboarding Administrator to support onboarding of new clients and intermediaries, coordinating processes with the Client Relationship team and the Director, Head of Client Relationship. You will manage onboarding files, track action items, liaise with compliance on KYC/AML, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in financial or corporate services onboarding or due diligence roles.
• Basic understanding of KYC/AML is preferred.
• Experience with client onboarding processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver onboarding requirements and ensure a positive client experience.
• Set up, manage, and maintain onboarding files, trackers, and status reports.
• Track timely follow up on onboarding action items and outstanding matters.
• Liaise with compliance team on KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to obtain KYC and due diligence documentation and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for new business approval processes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding through cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and escalate high-risk or complex onboarding cases.
