Job summary

Wadic is hiring a Client & People Success Lead for remote work from the Philippines. The role covers end-to-end billing, client communications, contracts, PMO documentation, and HR/payroll support.

You will manage invoicing, contracts, Confluence/Jira docs, and internal communications, working closely with finance, legal, and leadership to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. The position requires strong organizational and writing skills, plus experience coordinating cross-functional activities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client operations, account management, or related roles
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and financial correspondence
• Experience drafting and managing client contracts and agreements
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira for documentation and tracking
• Familiarity with payroll/HR operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing cycle for client accounts and invoices
• Set up billing schedules and terms with finance
• Track outstanding payments and reminders
• Reconcile billing records and resolve disputes
• Maintain audit-ready invoice records and docs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly billing reports
• Serve as primary email contact for assigned clients
• Draft client emails on updates, renewals, and notices
• Ensure communications logged and SLA-compliant
• Notify clients of changes and important updates
• Draft, customize, and manage client service contracts (development, hosting, maintenance)
• Coordinate with leadership, legal, and finance for contract compliance
• Incorporate billing terms into contracts and track signatures
• Maintain centralized contract repository and version control
• Support renewals and amendments and inform stakeholders
• Ensure contracts align with service capabilities and pricing
• Create and maintain Confluence docs and SOPs
• Log and track Jira tasks; ensure up-to-date project status
• Coordinate with PMO for accurate project deliverables
• Develop organized Confluence structure for easy access
• Assist project kick-offs and handovers with documentation
• Coordinate internal PMO communications and holiday notices
• Prepare and circulate holiday notices and scheduling advisories
• Maintain internal communications calendar
• Coordinate cross-team scheduling around holidays
• HR & People Support: payroll prep and salary sheets
• Generate monthly salary slips and onboarding sessions
• Host HR webinars and update HR docs in Confluence
• Maintain HR files in privacy-compliant manner
