Beepo is hiring a Client Liaison Support in a remote daytime shift, located in Central Luzon, Philippines. You will coordinate invoices, update CRM records, and liaise with clients and brokers to ensure timely payments while supporting multiple inboxes and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of administration experience; cross-department work is a plus.
• Experience in property, finance, construction, or administration is preferred.
• Proficient with DocuSign, Salesforce, Outlook and MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordinating invoices and build claims.
• Following up with clients, brokers and builders on payment status.
• Updating Salesforce records and workflow notes.
• Managing inbox workflow and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Sending payment updates, receipts, and SMS notifications.
• Assisting with operational reporting and workflow visibility.
• Providing phone support for the office.
• Document coordination and general workflow administration.
• Escalating issues to the Client Liaison Manager.
• Monitoring three inboxes and collaborating with teammates.
