Job summary

You will analyze financial data, support decision-making, and collaborate with Accounting and Client Strategy teams to maintain client satisfaction.

The role is full-time, remote, with standard hours, and requires a degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance; solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines; detail-oriented; learning agility and accountability; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume client orders on time and accurately, ensuring compliance with client contracts and internal standards.
• Maintain data accuracy across accounting and client documentation; escalate issues promptly to minimize delays and risks.
• Audit invoices, vendor bills, revenue reports, and gross margins for precision and corrective actions.
• Analyze accounting data to support decision-making and maintain client satisfaction under tight deadlines.
• Partner with internal teams to meet client needs and adapt to business requirements.
