Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: 2–5 years in high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
• GAAP knowledge: solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Learning agility and ownership to develop subject-matter expertise.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume client orders on time and accurately, ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards.
• Maintain data accuracy across accounting and client documentation; escalate issues with urgency and clarity to minimize delays and risks.
• Audit outputs including invoices, bills, revenue reports, and gross margins for precision and corrective actions.
• Analyze accounting data to support decision-making and maintain client satisfaction under tight deadlines.
• Partner with internal teams to meet client needs and assist with additional duties as required.
