Responsibilities

• Own KPI tracking and accuracy across operations.
• Ensure SOP compliance and enforcement.
• Coordinate production and provide operational support.
• Manage COI tracking and ownership of data.
• Identify and fill operational gaps proactively.
• Verify roof material accuracy and handover to teams.
• Support sales, marketing, and CRM reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and pipeline visibility for leadership.
• Maintain follow-up systems and high-quality communications.
• Conduct DIY roof measurements as required.
• Lead AI research, implementation, and automation efforts.
• Document processes in AI-friendly formats.
