Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking an experienced EOS Integrator / Operations Manager to join a growing fire protection services company. The role is fully remote and reports to the COO and leadership team, turning strategic goals into clear, actionable execution across functions.

You will drive day‑to‑day operations, keep departments aligned with company priorities, track deadlines, and remove bottlenecks. Proficiency with ClickUp, strong project management, and EOS fluency are essential to scale

Qualifications

• Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
• Hands-on experience in integrator/operations leadership roles
• Experience working with senior leadership or a business owner
• Strong understanding of EOS principles, accountability and prioritization
• Hands-on experience using ClickUp

Responsibilities

• Translate the leadership team's vision into day-to-day execution.
• Keep departments aligned with company goals and priorities.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and commitments to ensure completion.
• Identify issues and bottlenecks and drive solutions.
