Job summary

InsideOutVAS is seeking a Chief of Staff to sit at the center of the business, rebuilding critical handoffs, pulling numbers, running leadership cadences, and owning high-impact projects in a fully remote setting.

You will own the operating rhythm, build dashboards, identify friction, and drive cross-functional initiatives, plus draft concise executive communications. In your first 90 days, expect to map workflows and lead multiple projects with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in ops, consulting, program management, or a similar CoS/business ops role.
• Proven ability to finish ambiguous, cross functional problems without being managed.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to turn a messy situation into a crisp, one page memo.
• Data driven: capable of modeling, reading a P&L, and telling a story with numbers.
• Discretion: sound judgment with confidential executive information.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leverage: Act as a proxy for the Owner in meetings and prep memos to drive decisive outcomes.
• Operations & Performance: Own operating rhythm, build dashboards, fix bottlenecks, and systematize processes.
• Special Projects: Own cross-department initiatives and build business cases for new lines, tooling migrations, and expansion.
• Communication & Alignment: Translate leadership priorities into team actions and draft executive communications.
