Job summary

Vertu Agent seeks a proactive operator to be the founder’s trusted right hand across three ventures. You will translate ideas into actionable plans, execute with AI tooling, and coordinate diverse initiatives with minimal supervision.

Strong English, decisive problem-solving, and adaptability are essential. In this remote role, you’ll partner with the founder to drive research, process optimization, documentation, and project delivery across multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience in executive assistance, operations, or founder support.
• Proven ability to work with a founder or senior executive.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for research and process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent English communication (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive and operational support to the founder across multiple businesses and projects.
• Turn broad ideas, objectives, and requests into clear action plans and next steps.
• Use AI tools extensively for research, problem-solving, planning, documentation, content development, and workflow optimization.
• Research unfamiliar topics independently and identify practical solutions, resources, and approaches.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, keeping priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups organized.
• Support new business initiatives, digital projects, email campaigns, research, and other special projects.
• Assist with operational, administrative, and financial coordination as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or improve existing workflows.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation and track important decisions, deliverables, and action items.
• Anticipate potential problems or bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions.
• Evaluate different approaches and confidently suggest alternatives when there is a better or more efficient way to accomplish an objective.
• Take ownership of assignments from initial research through execution and follow-up.
