Job summary

DCX is seeking a Merchant Coordinator for a home-based role to support the Merchant team with supplier and product details. The position focuses on sourcing, pricing, and coordinating webinars while maintaining product knowledge.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery of information, respond to queries, and help build compelling presentations for partner brands. The role requires strong English skills and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• Advanced English written and spoken communication.
• 1–2 years in a similar role with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, SharePoint or Teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Merchant team with supplier and product detail administration.
• Support item sourcing and pricing using Excel and provided specs.
• Provide follow-up information on pricing, images, and access details.
• Coordinate supplier webinars and manage invitations.
• Upload webinar details to SharePoint; source product details for decks.
• Own or coordinate tasks with shared services for on-time delivery.
