Job summary

DCX Client Services is seeking a Home-Based Jr. Creative Merchandiser to join our growing US-based team. You will curate product assortments, create compelling presentations, and manage client campaigns with attention to brand identity and budgets.

You should have 3–5+ years in promotional products or related fields, strong sourcing, storytelling, and price-management skills, and comfort working US hours. Permanent work-from-home setup offered with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5+ years in promotional products, branded merchandise, or related field.
• Strong product sourcing and supplier knowledge.
• Excellent presentation-building and storytelling skills.
• Experience with pricing, costs, and margins.
• Ability to work with US clients within EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend products aligned with client brand guidelines and budgets.
• Develop product recommendations and presentations for custom projects and campaigns.
• Support campaigns and seasonal initiatives with compelling visuals.
• Refresh merchandise programs and provide new recommendations based on trends.
• Ensure stock availability and accurate pricing before presenting to clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers to verify pricing, availability, and production details.
